We created our fish processor in order to ensure the entire production process, from 2-3 dkg spawn to 30-40 dkg fillets. The entire processing process is currently handled by 13 people. However, the maximum capacity of the processor is far from being used, thanks to the filleting and skinning machine, our hourly capacity has increased many times. During the planning process, we decided not to undertake contract processing, so no fish that are not from our pools enter the processor. In this way, we can ensure a completely closed system from the fry to the meat counters.

Thanks to the high-quality fish feed, our catfish fillet has unique indicators in terms of both omega-3 and fiber. Thanks to this, we can confidently say that ours is one of the best African catfish fillets in the country.
